When you Book Online we will send you your very own Precise Arrival clock weblink marking our pre-determined 2 hour arrival zone.
On the day of your booking, if your Precise Plumber does not arrive on time, we’ll waive the call out fee!

- Precise Plumbing holds no liability in the circumstance of network failure between the ‘Precise Arrival Clock’ and network infrastructure
- The ‘Precise Arrival Clock’ should only be used as a guide. Please refer to the original 2 hour booking confirmation via your preferred method of contact for the ‘On time or it’s Free’ guarantee
- The ‘Precise Arrival Clock’ only applies to Online Bookings
- The ‘Precise Arrival Clock’ and ‘On time or it’s Free’ guarantee is based on and is synchronized to the current Adelaide GMT time
Conditions of Service
Precise Plumbing may from time to time without notice suspend the Precise Plumbing Website - Online Booking Service and associated features, disconnect or deny access to these services.
During any technical failure, modification or maintenance of the Online Booking Service or associated features, Precise Plumbing will use reasonable endeavors to procure the resumption of the service as reasonably practicable.

On Time Or It's Free
