'On time or its Free' guarantee ensures that if your technician does not arrive within the quoted arrival zone, the job call out fee is waived. If we attend to your job outside of the arrival zone, the technician will notify you and waive the call out fee immediately. The call out fee will be displayed as $0.00 on your invoice.

• Applies Monday to Friday during normal business hours only
• Applies to new jobs and first site visits. Return visits and multi sage job visits are not included
• Is not applicable to any 'Fixed Price Special' promotions or other dicounted services
• Only applies if payment is recieved on the day

Once your job is booked we'll send you a Precise Arrival clock weblink marking our arrival zone.

On the day of your booking, if your Precise Plumber does not arrive on time, we'll waive the call out fee.
